SO, my Father-In-Law is an avid fisherman. We are visiting now, and he went out fishing the other day with a neighbour. The rumour around here is that he has never caught a fish in Campbell River... so I made a deal with him... if he caught me a fish, I would eat some ( I am a pretty strict vegetarian)
Well, didn't he go and catch an 18 lb. salmon. Kathy, my Mother-In-Law cooked it up that night and I had a bit!!! I have to say, it was pretty delicious.
