Sometimes being a pet owner RULES..

Stir Fry

One of the things I love most about Stir-fry is how it can be made SO colourful.
Broccoli
Peppers (red, orange & yellow)
radishes
asparagus
tofu

Throw everything in a pan with onions, garlic & oil

add my (not so secret) sauce... I swear everyone LOVES my stir fries.. but it is all about this stuff!!

Puppies in Perspective

"Leftover" Curry

I had one of those days- looked in the fridge and there was a TON of things... but nothing to eat... so I threw together a bunch of things and made an AWESOME curry.

Paneer
Tomato Soup
Onions
Garlic
Spinach
broccoli
cream

Fried the onion and garlic in some oil
Added Paneer, tomato soup, curry spices
added some water, spinach and broccoli & cream

Covered and cooked until broth was thick and creamy...

SO yummy!!

An Afternoon at Buntzen Lake

J's Cheese Dish

We have been looking for over a year for a cheese bowl that is like the one J's Nonna used to have- with no luck.
My Mom, bought this dish for J. (not knowing we were looking for one!)

PERFECT!!

Betsy....sacked Pt. II

This CAN'T be comfortable...

FINALLY!!!

I have (almost) mastered Butter Chicken!!!
Not that it matters to me... since I don't eat it.. lol
But this is a fav. of J's and it is great to be able to cook separate Indian dishes since he likes his mild and I overdo the spices :)
