Spinach was on Sale

So... we've been eating a lot of it!!

My favourite- a super spinach salad I made last night for dinner.

Spinach
broccoli
peppers
cucumber
caramelized onions
toasted pine nuts
artichoke hearts
boiled egg
mushrooms
feta
w/ balsamic & Olive oil.

So... I had a BABY!!!

Yup, true story!
On March 30th @ 2:57 am I had my baby girl: Zoey Katherine. 7lbs. 13oz. of 100% cuteness!
At that moment, everything changed. I am SO in love and life will never be the same!
