PIZZA
I tried a new dough recipe from the Bread Maker Manual... it wasn't so good.. but the pizza was OK.
The recipe said the dough had to be cooked alone for ten minuted first... so I covered it in spices..
In the future, I may skip the pre-bake... I think the crust was overcooked.
Added some sauce, onions, roasted garlic, tomatoes, spinach, veggie meat, peppers, olives and cheeses.....
