FINALLY!!!



I have (almost) mastered Butter Chicken!!!
Not that it matters to me... since I don't eat it.. lol
But this is a fav. of J's and it is great to be able to cook separate Indian dishes since he likes his mild and I overdo the spices :)

    Oooh! I'm going to attempt butter chicken hopefully sometime soon and could use a word of advice or two from a pro. :)

    I LOVE Indian food and haven't been able to find a decent Indian restaurant out here in Saskatchewan. :( Now, to take matters into my own hands...
