Spinach was on Sale

So... we've been eating a lot of it!!

My favourite- a super spinach salad I made last night for dinner.

Spinach
broccoli
peppers
cucumber
caramelized onions
toasted pine nuts
artichoke hearts
boiled egg
mushrooms
feta
w/ balsamic & Olive oil.

    That salad looks amazing! I love that you carmelized the onions. I'm lazy and usually just use raw red onion. :)
