SO good.

- whole wheat couscous
- spinach
- black beans
- feta
- peppers
- pepper
- tomatoes
- olives
- cucumber
- oil
- vinegar.

    That looks so so amazing! I have some bulgar I soaked last night and was going to make tabbouli but I think I'm going to make this instead! Yum.
