Mike has made fun of me to this day for saying "My favorite thing when it rains is grilled cheese & tomato soup." Haha. It's the best rainy day treat! Do you make yours with cream? It makes it SO much better! A little fresh parm in it is also delicious!
This is a major comfort lunch for hubby and me!!! I only have it with him and I always say it has to be 'red' soup, grilled cheese and red soup. (We also have onions in our sandwich, yummmy~!)
