Stuffed tomatoes and Peppers

I set out to stuff some tomatoes.. since I had a lot.. but I had extra filling so I added a pepper in.

Filling:
Breadcrumbs (leftover bread in the food processor)
tomato guts
spices
feta
And stuffed.. pre baking..

Ready to eat..

    Wow Fifi are you cooking for us when we are in Vancouver? I sure hope so as I love Mexican cuisine or for that matter just about anything. Great pictures, you could be a photographer for any food magazine. Luv us
