How to baste Eggs.
I think this is the only thing related to cooking that J. has ever taught me...
But it is a gooder... I LOVE basted eggs....
Step 1: grease the frying pan REALLY well. (I use Pam... works great.)
Step 2: heat the frying pan...
Step 3: Add eggs!!!
Step 4: cook eggs for a bit... until they are almost cooked enough for sunny side up.
Step 5: Add water to pan (about 1/2 cup) and cover with lid... All the steam cooks the tops of the eggs...
Depending on how long you baste the eggs for... they can be hard or soft... I am a medium yolk kind of girl.. so I usually keep them going for as long as it takes to make a piece of toast.
Step 6: EAT :)
